Looks like the 'made in Taiwan' sticker was discussed briefly over on the serial number thread. Seems very odd to me to put that on there. Either way, I think take the other canti boss off and put on a disc tab. Tidy up as the rear triangle is unpainted and you'd have a nice rider. I do like the '99 paint.
