Yeh, bit like the Rockhopper.....promised a lot but always that little bit short of being top class :lol:

I was aware of the earlier ritchey dropouts but was wrongly assuming that the Nitanium rockies would have had the same cast ones as the Stumpy, but I suppose thats the sort of thing that differentiates the two.
The earlier ones are the standard specialized direct drive dropouts.
Just not that much experience with post 95 Rockhoppers.

You got lucky! When Thorpie was selling his Stumpjumper, my little brother was looking for a bike for his girlfriend. I told him that would be ideal. She didn't like the colour!

She's got a nice blue Rockhopper now.
