but to echo other comments that seat has got to go!!

think thats one of the original 'cog hogs' isnt it on the rear mech?

i run aivd rollamajigs on both my bikes with gears and they make shifting a lot smoother and nicer... highly recommended if you can find one!!

The bike was all deore XT apart from parralex hubs and FIR rims, changed the Seat because you all moaned and i just got hold of a carbon Flite . yeah the rollamajig is a cog hog, and by eck it helps! and yes the Rims are 517's my bad typo error

What do you guys thinks it worth complete? Im wanting to start another bike and wondering what sort of budget i may have to my disposal

with respect to what letmetalktomark asked, she did bob when i had the Strato air rear shock, but i changed that to a RS deluxe and stuck a heavy duty spring on her, so 'bobbing' doesnt occur as much now! Im 13 1/2 stone and 6 ft 2, ive got a pair of (F@t B@a***) springs for the Pace forks so will be perfect then

a lovely bike nicely equipped but please please please change the gears, it hurts me seeing that rear derr in that position...
