Unless they've lived a very hard life and struggle to even remember their own name I don't think they've owned it since new as the description is laughable, however, it does look lightly used.

is it me or do the rear v brakes look to have zip ties across the linkages?

Common bodge/fix to stop the linkages rattling. Nothing to worry about.

Yes, I looked with just over 5 mins to go and still at 160...got a bit frantic after that!
Fair price for all concerned if an honest bike with no issues.
