I sold the same frame as frame only on Ebay (size medium) a couple of years back for over £350 if i remember correctly?... so perhaps he is not being too over optimistic?
to be fair my frame was mint and included a NOS disc ready rear triangle which are very rare.... why oh why did I sell that one!??!!
