Length of headtube is definitely more than 110mm

17-18" = 110mm

19" = 130mm

Look at the distance between the top and down tubes where they meet at the head tube

I agree that it's a 19", took out my ruler and did some seat tube measuring

It has gotten a lot of bids today, wonder how high it will go..?
