Just picked up an old tired Specialized Comp Ground Control frame
Basically as a winter hack .
So it arrived today and ive started cleaning it up ..
All the pivot bolts were over tightened so no movement in the linkages ..
Ive removed the main bolt from the Bb pivot point , and have some wiggle in the rear end
But it does not want to be removed , Can any member advice me on what im missing to remove the swingarm ...
Any diagrams ,links etc 79FBDF4A-9A3A-40A1-AD77-4A1AD9D63A83.webp B6B2AC61-9D81-4D90-B414-8384F9EA2EFC.webp 3AF68D4A-9EA2-44E1-AAC8-CCBA9BC5BFC5.webp

It's probably just pressed in - You could either drift it out, but that might stress the swing arm, OR, make a quick and dirty puller, with a socket large enough to span the circumference of the bushing but still bear on the swing arm, feed a long bolt through from the back side (maybe the one that came out of it), and out through the socket, put a nut and washer on it, and then tighten the nut, pulling the bushing out, into the socket.
Whew - That was a long sentence......

Thank you , in that case i might flush out the bushing with gt85 and reassemble ...
Till i gain the confidence to give it a crack ...
Back to polishing the seat post ..
