Hi, I've bought myself a new bike so I thought I'd advertise my old one here as it may be of interest to some of you and it would be nice to see it go to a good home.
It's a 1996 (or possibly early 1997 but it is the earlier non-trunnion style) GT LTS 2 which I have owned for years. I have the original handbooks for the bike, rear shock and forks. The bike is in reasonable condition for its age but could do with a bit of a fettle. The spec includes XT front and rear derailleurs (8sp), LX shifters, Hope front hub with Rigida DP99 rim, XT rear hub with Mavic 521 rim (I do have the rear Rigida rim which I will include), Shimano V-brakes which I think are XT with servo wave levers, and it still has the original GT grips in very good condition. The rear shock is the original Rock Shox Deluxe which doesn't have much rebound damping left and the front forks are Rock Shox Indy XC Long Travel.
I'm not sure what it's worth but was looking for £150-£200 for it.I am based in East Morton, Keighley if you want to have a look at the bike and I will try to post some pictures if I can work out how to do it.
