Retro Newbie
So after a bit of debating I'm putting up my HardRock AX, as the last time I used this properly was about 3 years ago, a friend recommended that here was probably the best place for it. From the frame number I'd guessed it as a 96, but from research I can only find they were made for 1 year as the ally frame, '97. There's no special parts on it, anything that has been replaced has been replaced with standard cheap parts. Wheels, tyres, front hub, saddle possibly. In all honesty it's pretty used, and could do with some aftermarket parts and a tidy up, or a lick of paint or something. Usual chips, cable rub, a bit of chain rub through the plastic protector, grips are worn smooth. Ally frame is light as anything on it's own, I really should get the weight but can't find the scales, standard cromoly forks, ally bars, ally brake levers etc. I'll let the pictures do the talking, but I'm asking for £150 posted or £130 collected from East Grinstead, West Sussex, for as much or as little of the bike as you want from the pictures, I probably wouldn't take the wheels, I know the rear definitely has a dent, not sure on the front but its up to you. I honestly have no idea on the actual value, testing the water. I'll measure up sizewise tomorrow when I get back from work for those interested, didn't get a chance earlier.
