It all figures. I think they did make the S-Works out of Tange Ultimate Superlight around then, which did have 8-5-8 top and down tubes. If that lot weighs 3.2kg, then it implies c4.2lbs for the frame, which is quite light for a size 19. It doesn't look brazed though, and whether a 650g fork is a good thing is a matter of opinion. Could be a mite flexy.

My 16" frame, forks, Ti bottle cage and brake bolts, King headset and FRM stem (also Ti bolts) comes in at a little over 2750gms - read into that what you will.
