1995 PROFLEX 855 - 14'' - MINT - WITH CUSTOM ELASTOMERS

dont worry guys new elastomers are on the way!...and the tire has been turned around!

Something really cool about this particular 855 is that it came from the factory with Nuke Proof hubs, (standard on the 955), not the catalog spec deore lx hubs. Likely they ran out of deore lx hubs that day so they just up-speced it. This actually happened on a new bike i just bought...came with better parts then the catalog.

Now I am torn whether to change them to deore lx or keep as is?...what do you guys think? what is more "accurate?"

new custom elastomers have arrived! When new the durometers are 70/50 rear and 50/30 front. I found that inserting a wooden dowel keeps them straight and stiff when cutting. They turned out very well!
