very pricey here. Don't know too much about these Marin Team Ti frames; were they made by the same manufacturer as the Bontrager Ti Lite, DBR Ti, etc? Sandvick (sp?)?

Depends which year it was made. Early and late ones made by Lynsky (or however you spell it ), mid 90's made in far east I believe. Could be wrong though but I'm sure someone will be along to correct me if I am.

My friend beavis has a '95 and really likes it. Has replaced his 2005 Marin full suss as his main rider.

I picked up a 95, but again it might be too large. From what I've read; the 94/95 were made in the USA.
