1995 Marin Pine Mountain frame

this has been hanging around the garage for years in case I wanted to build up a bike for touring.
is it worth selling and if so what's the suggested price? it has rust in places and a couple of grooves on the top tube where the brakes hit.

The frame number suggests its 1995

Hey fella, I gave £35 delivered for a 94 PM frame, maybe slightly tidier, on eeeebay a few weeks ago.
