Still some bargains around. This was picked up last year for £50 only needing a little TLC. The Elastomers had been replaced by the previous owner with wood, I'm guessing the elastomers were shot and degraded. These have now been replaced by some nice plush springs. Tyres and saddle have been replaced from my own stock of spares and the rest was just a good clean and service.

Nice job and a bargain at that price.

What springs did you put in the forks?

Hi, the springs came from a guy in Germany (ebay) and came in Soft, Firm & Medium to suit riders needs and weight. Mine are Firm as I am 6ft 2” and not exactly skinny lol

That's a nice bike! I've always wanted one of these, how's it ride?

Hello bud, small world I’m from Rushden, although now living in Norfolk. It rides nice, it’s light and responsive, and now with the forks sorted and sevice etc it’s running like a dream. It’s not my ideal bike of choice so it may be getting moved on as I’m building another Orange X1 which are my chosen weapon of choice so will free up some space in the Man Cave.
