Does your frame have a serial number? Mine does not. Curious if that was a thing with the Russian builders. The previous owner of my frame swears up and down that I have a Serotta, which would be a custom frame... and on my 'official' build thread for my Serotta ATi, I linked a page with data from Dave Kirk who outright states that he built bikes and at times they didn't get serialized. However, the previous owner could also be high on drugs as the frame more so looks like yours, as I pointed out a few times prior.
