sorry I didnt get back sooner. will have to mull it over as 22.5 TT is a wee bit short for me.
Im sure someone else will do it justice

TT is 23.5" for a 19" frame.

just popped out to the shed and I can confirm that the top tube measures 22.5" (my 18" frame measures 22").

Which sound right as it's 1" shorter than effective. 20" next size up is 24" effective and 23" actual iirc.
Actual mean bugger all unless you're comparing like for like.

Ok, so after a new purchase I now need to shift some frames.
The first one up for grabs is this 1995 19" Kona Kilauea frame, excellent condition with no dents of dings.
Sale includes seat & dog collar and Bottom Braket.
Looking for £175 posted more if sent overseas (probably an additional £20?)
