hi, that's an Univega Carbolite 6.3 model sold 1994-5
here is the 1994 catalog picture
and here from a 1995 catalog
Some say it's pretty similar to selected Giant Cadex models.
It's not an exclusive bike, but your's is apparently in perfectly well preserved condition.
