1994 Kona Cindercone xc51 air pressure

Hi just bought a 94 Cindercone with the Marzocchi xc51 does anybody know what the pressures should be ?

That will depend on how much you weigh.

You'll need the amount of pressure that gives you the required amount of sag when you sit on the bike.

I've had a look around the internet, and can only see the pressure for the (similar/later?) XC500, XC600 & XC700 forks. A Marzocchi Workshop site quotes 30-45psi, while the XC600 manual in the Gallery & Archive on this site quotes 51psi.

Start with 30psi, add a bit more until you're happy with it. Don't go much above 60psi though.
 
A few pictures last is with shock pumped to 50 psi and crap taken off and tinkered with needs a full clean degrease and cable's. Thinking this might be too small as I have 18/19 inch Kona's with me being 5ft 10 inch.

Your Cinder Cone frame is a size 16", which is a little small for someone your height. It is a lovely example though.

A little update fork's are holding pressure at 50psi which is good and she's had an initial clean and have started taking parts off. The worst damage is on head tube due to cable rub.
