Ha Ha.. errm an 'interesting' variation of a classic design.. :o

One has to ask how much of the saddle stem actually remains in the downtube - not much - has to be the answer. :D
 
That is a broken or cracked seat tube weld just waiting to happen....and I promise you it will. It puts too much stress on the weld in front of the seat tube at the top tube. If it's not cracked already it will be soon if ridden like that. Have seen it many times before. You have to get the end of the seat post below the top tube to relieve the stress on the seat tube.......or else
 
hmm, that's not so good then, i'm unsure if it's even a official zaskar, to be honest, it looks like a different gt, but the guy who i copied the picture from on here says it is.....
