Full original LX groupset apart from the chain and cassette which look the part anyway
Well used but in very good condition considering it's age. The only slight fly in the ointment is that the bottom bracket is stuck in the frame. It still spins perfectly smoothly but I've tried everything to get it out and I haven't got anywhere.
Some scratches on the paintwork and decals but nothing major.
As far as I can make out the consumables have been changed from the original spec (tyres, brake pads, chain) as well as the contact points (saddle, pedals, grips) but the guts of the machine are all original.
Apart from the bottom bracket the frame has been completely stripped, cleaned and rebuilt by a cytech trained mechanic (me
) so is good to go for another 18 years.
It now has DMR V8 pedals attached even though they aren't in the picture.
£135 collected within a ten mile radius of Wellington, Somerset dependant on public transport links i.e. I can ride it to the most convenient place for you to collect the bike but I need easy transport back home (distinct lack of car
