I am 1.74 with 82cm inseam which is not 5' 9 yet I am afraid
I am 5'7" with a 29" inside leg which is 170cm for the height and 73.6cm for the inside leg.
The toptube measured from the centre of the headtube to the centre of the very top of the seat tube is 22.5" (57.1cm). The 19" (48.2cm) size refers to the centre to top measurement of the seat tube, the centre to centre size is 16" (40.6cm).
It might be just right for you. I have very short legs and a back problem which means I need a very short top tube hence why this is too big.

I once had a Kilauea (just up from the Cinder Cone) and it was a 19".
I am 5' 11" and it was a perfect size for me and I raced it, no problems. If I was not planning on other things! would take your arm off Rob.

is there any movement on price? i have a kona shaped hole in my life but im not sure if i can justify £120 plus p+p for a frameset with 2 dents :?
