Hi
This is the wifes bike and was aquired just before we started on tandems. She has owned it for years and apart from a dozen or so rides it has spent its life hung in the shed. The frame is the ultra strong ultralight one with the ribbed down tube. Some fine scratches to the top tube caused by the brake wire apart from that the paint is very good. Decals could do with replaicement. There are no dings or cracks whatsoever. Some stuff is original other bits not so.XT thumbies in 7 speed.fcm 730 cranks with pace outer ring . Both mechs are XT.Uprated to v brakes with two finger servowave levers. Trans x bars and race face stem. 2001 Marzocchi bombers.Odd wheels. Came with a CR18 rear rim and a mavic X517 front. probably best to make the rear an X517 if it matters. The saddle will be changed forsomething a bit more streamlined unless the new owner really wants an SMP Good lady has decided that the rest of her riding days are to be on the back of the tandem so what do I ask for it? It needs a new home with someone who will ride it. All comments appreciated

Peter

Re:

A tough one this. If it was nearer catalogue spec, £300 plus. As is, if you're after top dollar you'd be better off stripping it. If not then £225+.
