Yes. It seems that they've been cut. I bought it as is... I'll include the dog collar (black). The "kona spiral logo" decal is nearly mint condition and the "tange decal" is good condition. The rest are missing or damaged... I covered them to keep their position while I clean and repaint the scratches...
