Gutted that this one has to go, but needs must! I bought this off Scant 6 months ago and haven't managed to do anything with it since. This is the description from his ad, hope you don't mind Scant?!?
1992 Salsa AlaCarte frame. 20.5in (centre to BB to top of seattube). blue fade to white. Was resprayed by Argos in 98. a few cosmetic paint chips, mainly to the white back end, otherwise sound.
I'll get some pictures of it up tomorrow.
I have built the bike up but the build doesn't really do the frame justice. I'll be splitting it once the frame has gone, so if you see anything that takes your fancy feel free to drop me a line. Anyway, the bits will be as follows:
Frame, headset and bottom bracket £250
Orange 1" threaded forks £30
Full 1993 LX groupset in almost NOS conditon. Hubs are laced to Campagnolo Stheno rims. £100
ATAC stem, 1" quill, 135mm length, zero rise, few marks £12
DX SPD/flat pedals £10
Flite saddle, few marks £15
Postage is extra, feel free to ask questions/come to look at it.
