headset on - perfect stack height. NOS Zoom stem in with cable guide.

DX mechs on.

Need to make up a chainset for it and adapt the DX brakes with some Acore parts (ask Andyz).

I dont have much in the shifting department yet and still to get tyres - budget allowing, I might get some thumbies.
