I had a purple one, I flogged it off for £100 I think, I was happy with the price. I think I made £20 on it. I bought it, renovated it and rode it for a few months then passed it on, think someone here bought it.

From one extreme to another ..was that for the complete bike?

I Paid £120 for my explosif and thought WTF have I done when I turned up to collect it. Scrubbed up well though.

Yeah that was for the full bike, I sell bikes for what I think they are worth not to exploit the ignorant hehe. I'm not into this for profiteering. And if it's an RB member I'll knock a few pounds off for Karma. I have a bike in the stable at the moment that I'm just thinking of giving away. I can't be bothered to haggle

I've given a fair few away recently.. specialized rockhopper 1997 last one.. minter. Gave it to a Somalian refugee.. he's grateful..
There should be a retrobike charity programme.. bikes for the needy..
