I'm completely new to this site.
I am the proud original owner of a midnight shadow blue M700. Until the last few years it has been used religiously. It is presently not in its best shape, though with new cables etc it will be great to ride again. The top bar thumb shifters are still going strong and a few years back i got a couple of spare headsets just in case! So hopefully a bit of TLC and it'll be back on the road.
I absolutely adore the paint work but it is now shot to pieces.
Has anyone out there ever successfully replicated the paintwork and can original decals still be found. Dont want to break the bank and could of course live with what I have, but before tasking myself with other stuff, wondered if a paint job could be done at reasonable cost.
(This bike has done thousands of miles, including across the Himalaya)
