Loaned tyres now fitted :-).....just need an hour to fettle the anchors and gears. I took it for a quick spin earlier and became really apparent its just gonna be too small.....arse feck wank....I did fear this tbh....anyway I am very happy with the end article....this old bike will see a few more years yet :-) More pics up very soon.

Such a nice job mate. If that saddle is at the right height for you then it does look a little on the small side :(

Sadly it is :-( I knew it before I started but hay ho! Still, I will be takin it to Sherwood Pines later this week :-)

Finally finished after discovering the rear mech was bent and buggered....I swapped the short one for a long cage piece and all is sweet! Ridden this a few times now and it feels so solid yet very nimble I'm just gutted its a wee bit too small for me :-( With that in mind I think I shall be advertising it up here shortly as a complete bike.
