Just picked this one up as a frame (even up swap for a Suntour Roller Cam brake!) and built it up with a Rock Shox and XTR parts.

Nice looking bike but been thinking about it all day as i liked it but the forks just dont look right to me are they staying or just to get it built up

I think the forks look great on that bike.

I like the forks just to me dont look right on the bike with it all being white and a little black maybe black forks would set it off better but i'm talking aesthetically and functional, as i know they are very functional forks

Not a big fan of the forks either but the frame didn't come with the original forks so I had to come up with something. First choice would have been a composite Bontrager fork but we didn't have one so this was the next best thing.
