Jeez, a '91? 
I didn't realise these were that old! I dug one of these out of the part ex pile at a bike shop I was working at in '07. Got it for free with XTR cranks and 7 speed XT stuff. Cleaned it up and rode in to Marin County and took a picture (got 64mph downhill out of her fully loaded with touring gear) then did Lands End to John O Groats a couple of months ago. Never a problem and the most reliable bike I've ever owned. Currently floating its way to NZ. BUY IT!!
PS Have a vague memory of a Czech girl with a blond plait racing one of these BITD. Anyone else remember this?

i'm sure its a 92, a 91 would be the dark grey zolatone with the pink front end then i might be bidding

Not a 1991, as sneaker said, it would be zolotone. The 92's had the updated matt black.
Weird how they took the Muirwoods colour and put it on the team Marin though. Its similar for such a close MY.
