Can i ask where the xt decal came from please?

Sure - it was just one on eBay. I think the guy is based in Poland. I’m sure they’re the only seat post decals listed on eBay.

I’m so impatient that I wanted to fit them as soon as I saw them, but these things take time and precision, so I’ll wait until later tonight before laying the first ones down…

Again, slow progress, which is frustrating as I’m so close to the finishing line.

I’d forgotten how awful a job it is setting up the early canti brakes. I was t happy with the first set up, so started again and immediately wished I hadn’t bothered.

Anyway, after a fair bit of searching I’ve managed to find some of the original BB spacer washers that Action-Tec kindly sent me back in 2014. They even chucked a sticker in there too. I called them on the phone a few times over the years and they were always really helpful. I needed a couple of cups a couple of years back, and was sad to hear they’ve gone.
