mesurement from centre of BB to top of top tube is 535mm, dont know what size that makes it but i'm about 6' 1&1/2" and she fits me perfect!!

Going by your measurement & the size of the headtube that's got to be a 21" but the 1991 Kona brochure lists 20" as the largest frame :?
