Sold 1991 CB Cape Wrath Reynolds 531 f+f 19”

Bought this last weekend as a possible project but cranks were damaged so now splitting (more bits to follow).
Not cracked or dented but scuffs and paint chips as you’d expect. Worst part is the bb lug has surface rust but inside the frame is ok. All threads are good.
Comes with seatpost, fork and headset which needs servicing, it’s notchy.
Asking £20 plus postage, I use Parcelforce 48 which is normally about £10 mainland Uk (sorry I won’t post this abroad) - hope someone can use it!
