Decided to let this go as I've once again found myself with a bike stored in every room in the house and tbh this is a bit too small for me!

I got it the other week from ebay and it's in pretty much the same condition as when I collected it. I've taken the bar ends off but will chuck them in if the buyer wants them.

It is no garage queen but does not seem to have had too hard a life. It has quite a few chips in the paint work but it's still presentable and would make a great retro rider. Most of the decals are intact which is quite rare for a zolatone Marin. The red stem, bar and forks have faded a little but are still nice and bright.

It seems to have most of the original parts, all of which are in good usable condition. These include Shimano LX mechs, canti's and crank with DX shifter/levers. The wheels are LX hubs on black Wolber rims and are straight + true with very little rim wear.
From what I can tell the un-original parts are the seat post, saddle, tyres and pedals (almost new).

The seat tube is 17.5" c to c (how Marin measure bikes) with a 22.5" top tube.

I'm only looking to get back what I paid (£91 + £10 petrol) so offer the bike for £100 collected or £115 posted to the UK. Contact me for more pictures or information. 8)

Sadly too small for me, otherwise I would seriously consider this. I have another question though, what is the bottle cage brand?

Cheers.

Too small for me too. :( Bottle cage is an ETC. Don't think it's anything special but it looks nice, is light and is in very good condition.
