I was all set to bid on this, but just lost the love for it in the end and actually prefer the look of my 95 Cindercone. I remember seeing splatter paint schemes on bikes in the shops and thought they looked a bit naff at the time. Having said that I had a black leather tie with splatter effect at that time too! :shock:

I think it's a fair price considering the rarity of it's originality now days.

Oh I have to disagree regarding spatter paint jobs. A Pistachio green Explosif is definitely on my wishlist.

Didn't They Come with X-press levers and whats that brass ring looking thing on the bottom of the head tube?
