1990 Clockwork orange Spec.

Just purchased the above, not even received it yet but was wondering if anyone has any info. on what the original spec was? It's pretty close already but would like to get it spot on

Looks fine as it is , a bargain too.

A Clockwork bought new in the early 90's could have been had with anything from LX to XTR, most of the kit on the bike is pretty much period though so i'd be happy with it as it is

As said above mate, you could have pretty much bought it in this spec bitd. I like my bikes to be period correct give or take a year or so. Could maybe get an Orange saddle (although the Avenir's in great nick ) and retro rear wheel to finish it off. It's mainly a mixture of LX and DX so you could make it all one or the other? The Hot Rod bar's a bit later then the rest of the bike so you could get an earlier one of those? Will be sending it on Tuesday so should be with you on Wednesday.
