Wanted 1990 Cannondale SM 400, 600, 700, 1000 or 2000 frame + 1" Pepperoni

Hi all,

I'm once again looking for a needle in a haystack (or actually two), and am therefore turning to the community with hope:

• 1990 3.0 frame in size 20"
• Pepperoni fork with 1" steerer (long enough for a 20" frame or longer)

Paint scheme and condition are completely irrelevant, but the frame should have no cracks or major dents. They were used in the following bikes:

• SM2000
• SM1000
• SM700
• SM600
• SM400

For easier identification: the frames already had the extended dropouts (unlike in 1989), but still had the brake cable housing routed along the top tube and attached in three places, as well as the "dimpled" seat stays (unlike from 1991 onwards):

I have the crazy painted sm 400 from last years malverns and as featured on a number of uiutubers channels. I find the link as I've cleared my gallery haha. Not original forks though

So I'm gonna lie and say this is the only retrobike project I'll complete this year....... planned......haha

Anyway, last year @retrobikeguy handed over this unloved piece of American aluminum and although I've stored it for a while now, the time has come to crack on with it.

First job will be to strip the paint, although I'm a sucker for patina......this it aint. @legrandefromage sent a flexstem that will receive new paint etc to match the m400.
