I pulled mine out of the shed last week, quick oil and it took me 20 miles up the East Lancs. Still way too small for me but a great ride nonetheless.

I have an Eiger frame from 88/89 which needs building up, and I like the look of the original spec on your TuffTrax.

Cheers Paul. I spotted some original spec brake levers in the fs section yesterday, might be worth a look

Done a bit of cleaning today so it's coming along. Just need to work out the best way of tidying up the rusty qr's and bolts :? I have some better ones in stock but want to use as many original parts as posible.

Even got the front reflector! I approve. That was one part missing on mine (along with the saddle)

I have the original tyres, but they're cracked and crumbling on the sidewalls

This is coming along well now and is in better nick then I thought. Finally got the stuck stem released so have been able to grease the headset. Mechs came up well with a bit of Autosol. Looking like it should be ready for the weekend.

Here's the finished results! Everything's been striped, cleaned and greased. Very happy that the bolts + other bits scrubbed up meaning I could keep it original.
