I love a bit of patina! Saying that I had forgot how bad the paint originally was until I saw the pic at the top of this page again. Feeling slightly better about my efforts.

And there's no worries if it gets marked/dropped etc.

Its buildable! I've clearcoated over the paint. I need some tyres, I want understated slick/semi slick. Skinwall or not the eternal question!

Looking good mate I be following what you do to paint it's a nightmare to find matches not bad if it's flat paint but most have flakes and pearls in them especially the white on oranges I looked into them paint matching little gizmos but they only do what's already in it it's either home decor or cars they will work but only with flat colours red black with nothing mixed that was a bit of a ramble haha

Paint was impossible! The different shades of faded orange and the actual orange to white faded bits were beyond me. I ended up just settling with a patchy mess. (rat look!)

Its solid though and under a few coats of clear- I like it!

Were did you get paint from mate I looked at that ral but my phone's a nightmare could not work out if they just sell colour charts or paint cheers

How big an area have you got to do? No humbrols I tried were close. If its just touch ups this is very fluro.

Its also very transparent and needs lots of coats or the undercoat to be a similar colour.
