1989 Merlin Titanium ... Dual Roller Cam Time!!

UPDATE: So... I have slowly started to get going on this build... I will be adding pics for any of you who are interested... I found a front U-Brake fork and a complete set of NOS Suntour Roller Cam brakes... so... it's Roller Cam time!! (Pics soon)

for now here a pic of the crank I'm going with... just have to figure out what to do with the BB as it has some play and the spindle is too short on the non-drive side...

Here's the m900 group I was going to use... The usual with 1" headset of course...

Other option is XC PRO... But I think that will be a real hassle to collect... Well... Derailleurs are easy, but wheels are the main hassle... And I don't care for the xc thumbies... Any ideas on this?

Also pictured are the suntour roller cams... Quite a unique model with the holes in the arms...

What he said. This is going to look sweet 8)

Thanks!... But what do you suggest I do for wheels?? I would need to find Suntour XC hubs in black... yikes... that will be tricky! :?

I'm tempted to mix and match for now but not a fan of that... i.e. build it up M900 and slowly replace the parts with XC pro as I find them...
