Hi all, here we have a 1989 Cannondale frame which I beleive to be a SM800.
Measured frame size is 20" center of BB to top of seat tube, 18-1/4" center of BB to top of top tube.
I believe Cannondale class this as a 18".
Frame has been stripped at somepoint in its life but you can see reminance of the original black paint round the mech hanger, where the front mech band goes and in the downtube cable stops.
This is what leads me to believe it is a SM800
The frame is good condition for its age but could do with a polish or perhaps a repaint if you choose.
1 cable guide on top tube is missing also (see pics).
I have tried to describe & capture (in pics below) all these areas as best and as honestly as possible so any potential buyers are not disappointed when they receive the goods.
This is a very nice frame for someone.
