Update

Just replaced the carbon bars with a pair of Syncros, sorted the cables, changed the BB to an all metal UN55 (didn't like to look of the grey plastic loose BB cup on the UN54) and fitted another XT chainset with black rings - just about finished!
Need to re-weigh it but hopefully it's still just under 26lbs.

a mate of mine who i used to ride with back in the day had a clockwork like yours from new! He still has it in his parents garage along with one of the rare Orange Alu frame road bikes they made too.

Definitely one of the best colour schemes ever i reckon.
