1988 Trimble X-Frame / Inverse 4

Early production Trimble X-Frame, released prior to the popular Inverse 4 design. Frame has seen some use and it shows it, but it's in solid structural condition with no cracks or any significant damage other than paint. Frame comes with XT headset, post and a Rock Shox RS-1. Really a great foundation for a cool retro build!

Think that's just a 'standard' Inverse 4 Martin.

The X-Frame was just that - it didn't have the extra brace for the BB as the one you're selling does.

Still a cool frame, and I'd be well up for it if i didn't need to go on a major purge before acquiring any new projects...

I think they all had the x-frame decals on the strut, it's just that most of them have been resprayed in tiger stripe fades so you don't tend to see the 'irregularity'.

Nice to see one in it's original unmolested form...
