I hit my pinkie with a rubber hammer trying to get the crown race off an alan forks, i left it and went hospital the next day
so, now I'm more patient

and i need to clean up the forks, i may also un-anodise the stem

but, thankfully, no real marks on top tube or downtube underside, ad the bb shell seems in good nick, so i think i'll leave in original condition, with the aged chorus gruppo
saddle will go, seatpost bolt holding fast , so will get around that

I had a cinelli stem in my parts bin, and took the Giro bars from the donor bike
I prefer this tbh, and have some levers en route

That does look more in character, but the thought of a single speed, bull bar, urban Colnago still has an appeal.
 
I wouldn't have made it ss, the bull bars I have are blb, and they slip inside the 3tt record 84 stem, maybe 3ttt woouln't
with the longer cinelli stem, by the time levers are on, if I ride holding top of levers as per norm, should be more or less same position
