1987 Mantis X/Valkyrie

you did a fantastic job, even when i´m not a big fan of repaints.
the paintjob is awesome, that is the most beautiful build i´ve seen for a long time.
congrats.
cheers Kay

Another stella build. So how does she ride?

The wheelbase is quite short so it's snappy and can get away from you a bit if you don't pay attention. It's stiffer than you'd maybe expect from such thin tubes, and the fork doesn't have a ton of damping, especially with the relatively steep HT and little rake/offset.

Re:

Awesome job. I would Say the most beautiful x frame all around. On the rear you have fitted a toggle can? Why not a roller can?

Thanks, I like it.

I had a roller cam on my old one at first and it doesn't feel good. The routing is tight and the lever feel wasn't great. The Toggle Cam solves that issue and results in a much better feeling and performing brake.
