That would be the 20" version (they only produced a 20" & a 22") but it's got a low BB (for an MTB) like a touring frame so you should be fine.
My lad has a 20" '86 model and his inside leg is 30".and it fits him perfectly, in fact he can ride my 22" with seatpost right down but less comfortably.
