1978 Raleigh Team Pro Frameset and build

I do have a couple of sets of black large flange and one set of small flange. So yes but undecided which one'side as yet.

Super champion for the rims :)

Competition bog standard, arc en ciel for something tougher and medale d'or for the lighter rider.

Mavic SSC if you were doing cobbles and Weinmann Carrera for an off the wall choice.

By 1978 the small flange were taking over, shame really lol

Oops I forgot the Oro 10 if you wanted gold :)

I will either go Mavic GP4 or SSC rims. I am leaning towards the large flange hubs with a "C" 1978 date code that are actually already built with Super Champion rims, I like the idea of a darker rim rather than the polished though. The other pair of large flange NOS hubs are "A" 1976 date code. Who will notice? Bet Wesley Hatakeyama will and I bet Montello will agree. Unless any of you kind people have a NOS set of late 70's Dura Ace small flange Black hubs you would like to let me have?

Was it Hatakeyama or Marsh that noticed BTW were you camping and did you have a stand with all your bikes on it outside the tents with some foreign police tape cordoning it off.
