Got a few new bits and bobs on, cinelli bar and stem, had to put a modern seatpost on as the campag one I had was a little undersized from polishing. Got a unicanitor on its way too. Still need to source derailliers, pedals and a few other pieces but I'm happy how it's coming together. Btw, is cloth tape always such a bitch to put on? Must of re wrapped it 5 times! I'll try to get a better pic tomorrow, outdoor lighting may help.

Record hubs arrived today already put the skewers on the bike, will be building a wheel set with hplus son tb 14 rims in the new year, top tube cable clips are on the way then that's it until the new year. If I can resist the lure of ebay...

I can remember these when I was eleven and traded my purple chopper for a new olympus. Always thought they were special.
Had a white/Blue 65cm SBDU 8806 this year but sold it as it wasn't THE one.

It's always been my favourite Raleigh paint scheme so hopefully I'll do it justice. I'm trying to be patient and take my time but to be honest I just want it finished as it's become all consuming trying to source the right parts at the right price. Cable clips have just turned up so hopefully I can have a couple of months break and get back at it in the new year and get in done in time for l'eroica Britannia.
