1970s road bike with only rear fork numbers

does anyone know of road bike possible raleigh with no bb numbers only on rear forks. suntour parts, trying to identify the make

Looks like a utility machine to me, especially with that pump peg. My guess is that it started life with flat bars and a Sturmey-Archer 3-speed rear hub.

Thanks, as it happens I have that exact model bike you have shown me, this one is different though its nothing special just wanted to know the make
