1958 (I think) Viking Severn Valley

CLINT

Retro Newbie
Lovely old bike. Has patina. All paintwork is original, it has rust and scratches but it would be a shame to paint it I reckon!

It's really light, far more so than the other bike I'm selling which is far newer.

What does let it down though in my opinion is that many years ago it was converted to a single speed fixed rear hub. I've tried but I cannot get on my this, I'm going to hurt myself if I do many miles on it! Seems fashionable right now though.

It's also lost its rear brake too, there is a just a front one now on the left!

The original seat is damaged so I've put a later one on it.
It's just had a new chain.

The bike is near Ludlow, Shropshire but I may be able to meet or deliver.

£150

I've had one PM about this but can't seem to reply? Don't think my post count is high enough to compose a PM!

I joined a while ago but have very little to say really, can't add much to threads and I don't think I do anything bike related that is particularly interesting!

Its at work, I won't be down there for a couple of days but I'll have a measure up and get back to you!

The diameter of the outside of the wheel is approx 25 inches. The tyre says 3.2 x 630.

The frame is 23 inches from the middle of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube
